One of the most creatively rewarding phases of the Like New refresh was developing a bold visual direction that, while ultimately not approved, pushed the brand further than lululemon’s current visual boundaries allowed. As the lead designer, I crafted a system rooted in dynamic grids, playful type interactions, and motion-driven storytelling that spoke directly to the energy of secondhand discovery. Though the concept was set aside to maintain tighter alignment with lululemon’s core brand, it received high internal praise for its thoughtful structure, graphic curiosity, and the way it captured the spirit of “the thrill of the find.
